Dan Griffiths

Dan provides legal counsel on client matters, transactional support and analysis for new projects, and serves as a legal advocate before California courts and regulatory bodies. He has significant experience with commercial transactions, renewable energy, project finance, and compliance with state and federal laws.Dan received his bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law. Dan is a member of the California State Bar, and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeal for the District of Columbia Circuit.

Sandeep Bhateja

Sandeep Bhateja provides engineering, analyst, and project management experience, and has served as project manager in multiple roles throughout PG&E’s service territory for utility upgrade programs. During this time, Sandeep implemented Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contracting models in electric operations, and managed a project portfolio of over $85 million throughout all phases of construction. Prior to operations in PG&E service territory, Sandeep served as a region engineer at SoCalGas pertaining to Gas Emergency Center operations and pipeline replacement. Sandeep has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles.
